Despite my endeavours (i.e. Wednesday afternoon last week) I have been unable to resolve the Flash component problem in Dreamweaver. If you try to generate a flash button: IDS_ERRUNABLETOCREATEVM is the error message. This occurs on all of the Intel-based machines, basically this version of Dreamweaver is too old. However, you can still generate components in Flash then import them into Dreamweaver.
Hi Marion On Wednesday afternoons with HNC2 (people form industry) using applications such as PhotoShop, Illustrator and Safari the majority of Macs are working incredibly slowly. Spinning icon appears even when opening a smallish file. Students are frustrated and complain often - I think this is more frustrating for them as they already work at a professional speed at work. Is there anything that you can do to speed them up? Deb
There was a problem with the Epson C9100 failing to print today, thankfully resolved by Mike. Any accounts charged at the time have and will be re-credited.

Printing Problem resolved

All repaired now bar Mac 10 which didn't detect the correct printer at all.
Mac 16 has been repaired with Disk Utility (Disk & Permissions repair) I'll keep an eye on it...
