I've set this blog up so that SoAHSS staff members can keep up to date with problems and post up issues which occur with computers in rooms H501/504/510 as well as the Apple Mobile Classroom and personal laptops. I'm initially trialling this on staff, with a view to rolling this service it out to students.
How to flag a problem on the Blog:
• Click on the appropriate post e.g. Room H504.
• Click on the Comments link in the bottom corner of the post to create a new comment.
• Enter details of the fault - try and bee as detailed as possible. Include machine numbers and the date/time the fault occurred.
